Overview:

This report is used to show the number and optionally the details of
reservations booked by reservationist.

Choice Fields



Entry From & To Date This date range is used to select only those
reservations entered during the range.

Arr From & To Date This date range is used to select only those
reservations arriving during the range.

Starting & Ending Rsvist If you wish to print reservations for all
reservationists then enter nothing for the starting value and enter 8 Z's
for the ending reservationist.  If you wish only 1 reservationist then enter
that reservationist's logon ID for both the starting and ending values.

Category Code This refers to the 6 category codes possible in this
system:

A-Activities
L-Lodging
M-Meals
R-Rentals
O-Other
P-Packages

If you want reservations containing codes from a certain category then
enter that category's letter.

If you want all reservations then enter a "*".

Codes If you entered a letter in the previous value then enter one
or more codes separated by a comma.  If you entered a "*" in the previous
value then skip this field.

Weekly Brkdown? Answer "Y" if you would like to see a summary by
reservationist broken down into a maximum period of 20 weeks.

Print Details? If you answer "Y" then for each reservationist 1 line
for each reservation they made will print.

Include Values? Answer "Y" if you would like to see the value of the
reservations that the reservationists took.
