Overview:

This program allows you to enter/change notes related to an activity
or resource for a given date.  These notes print out on the Trip
Manifest + Roster and the Trip List.

Resource Notes can be entered for a resource or an activity.
Either way a resource needs to be selected.  A list of resources is
presented and one should be selected or press ESC to exit the program.

Activity If you want to enter notes for a specific activity then
select one from the list, otherwise choose "*** RESOURCE ONLY ***".

Date Enter the date that the notes are for.
