Overview:

This program is used to convert any reservation roster entries into
mailing list history entries.  The end result is the same as entering
someone into the Release Form Entry program.

This program is of benefit only to those users that make use of the
reservation rosters.

Start Converting (Y/N) If you answer "Y" then reservations are
searched looking for roster entries that have not been previously
converted. The unconverted roster entries are then converted into
Mailing list history items.
