Overview:

In order to find an existing reservation, when the reservation# is not
known, it's helpful to be able to search by the name of the person or
group that made the reservation.

Last Name Enter the last name or partial last name of the
person that made the reservation or of the person entered under
the "Clnt Lst/Fst" field in the reservation.

If you wish to search by group name instead of the last and first
name of an individual then do not enter a last name and press Enter.

First Name Optionally enter (recommended) the first name
of the person that made the reservation or of the person entered
under the "Clnt Lst/Fst" field in the reservation.

Group Enter the full or partial name of the group that made
the reservation.

The results, if any, are displayed with one reservation per line in order
by the arrival date - the earliest first.  There is also a line in the
results screen to access reservations that have occured in the past and
another line to create a new reservation.  Selecting the line titled
"*** Past Reservations ***" will display a list of reservations that
have already occurred.

Once you select a reservation the summary page of the reservation is
displayed and you are asked if you wish to select that reservation.
If you choose not to, then you are returned to the previous list of
reservations.

Once you've selected a reservation then you can modify that reservation
in the same manner as if you had selected that reservation directly by
entering the reservation#.
