Overview:

The combine customers program is used to take all information
pertaining to one customer# and combine it with the information of
another customer.  This is done to rid the system of duplicates.
The combining process relies on having unrestricted access to many
files and is best run at night when no one is using the system.
It is alright to enter customer numbers to combine during the day,
just do not allow the combining process to occur during the day.

Note that only customers with some sort of history need to be combined.
If there is no history the customer can be removed from the mailing
list.

From Customer# This is the customer you want to eliminate.
The information attached to this customer will be appended to the
"To Customer#".

When you are done entering in customer# pairs, press ESC.
The question "Do you wish to start the process now (Y/N)"
Answer N until the end of the day, then re-run the program and
answer Y.

To Customer# This is the customer you want to attach deleted
information to.
