Overview:

This program is used to globally change Referral codes throughout
the mailing list.  This makes it easy to change all Referrals of
a certain type to another type.

Old Referral Code This is the Referral code that you want changed
throughout the mailing list.

When you are done entering in Referral pairs, press ESC.
All of the changes will be made at one time.

New Referral Code This is the Referral code you want to use instead
of the Old Referral Code.
