Overview:

This program is used to globally change status codes throughout
the mailing list.  This makes it easy to change all statuses of
a certain type to another type.

Old status Code This is the status code that you want changed
throughout the mailing list.

When you are done entering in status pairs, press ESC.
All of the changes will be made at one time.

New status Code This is the status code you want to use instead
of the Old status Code.
