Overview:

This program is used to globally change company types throughout
the mailing list.  This makes it easy to change all companies of
a certain type to another type.

Old Company Type Code This is the company type code that
you want changed throughout the mailing list.

When you are done entering in company type pairs, press ESC.
All of the changes will be made at one time.

New Company Type Code This is the company type code you want to
use instead of the Old Company Type Code.
