Overview:

This program is used to quickly enter a quantity of names and addresses,
usually derived from the same source, such as a printout into the mailing
list.  The input is shorter and quicker than entering someone directly into the
Mailing List.

Referral Code An existing Referral Code that will be saved
with each name and address entered through this program.

The referral code and Print Label field are entered once, and then a
number of names and addresses are entered.

When you are done entering in names press ESC or F9 to exit.

Print Label? This is saved with each name and address entered.

Last Name Person's last name.  If you are done entering in names
or wish to change the Referral code or Print Label, then press the up arrow.

First Name Person's first name.

Comp Name Group Name.

Type The Group Type, only entered if a Comp Name is entered.

Address Street Address.

City City, which is initially skipped and filled in when a zip code is entered.

State Two digit post office abbreviation for states and provinces.

ZIP 5 or 9 digit zip code, or a Canadian postal code.
